Residents! Interested in fresh vegetables? Less than a 10 minute walk away the Great Barrington Farmers Market is operating at the old Fair Grounds. Every Saturday from 9am to 1pm residents can purchase fresh, delicious vegetables.
The farmers market opened the weekend of Mothers Day, and is currently running until the last weekend of October. This is the 24th year for the farmer’s market, providing a variety of goods from locals. At the farmers market in Great Barrington they are offering,
A wide assortment of vegetables, soft and stone fruit, cheese, sourdough bread, bedding plants, vegetable seedlings, perennials, cut flowers, honey, maple syrup, mushrooms, eggs, sauerkraut, kimchi, tempeh, dried and fresh herbs, pork, chicken, lamb and beef. In addition we have a generous selection of sweet and savory baked goods, jams, spreads, dips, and chutney.

Take a 10 minute stroll to the fair grounds this Saturday to grab your deal of fresh foods! Leaving our berkshire apartments, Beech Tree Commons, take a left out of the entrance. When you reach the main road, take a right and the fair grounds will be on your left.
